As soon as you place an order, your dress is booked in with the seamstress. Your dress should be ready within 4 weeks.

We do keep some sizes in stock - these will be shipped within 2 days.

Delivery outside of the EU is $20

Unfortunately, due to the very strange and complicated current rules regarding exporting to the EU, we have had to put EU orders on hold.

Returns are accepted for unworn clothes with tags still attached, within 28 days. All of the details you'll need for returns will be sent out with your order, but if you need any help email amy@austuin.com

Starting a brand is unbelievably expensive, so at this stage we can only offer a few sizes off the shelf otherwise I'd be bankrupt. However, it is very important that Austuin is accessible to all, so if your size isn't offered just send me an email and I will have one made especially for you.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and supporting local, everything is designed and made in Britain. Designed by me in Cambridgeshire, and made by my seamstress in Norfolk.
A typical garment for sale in the UK has just 3% of the final selling price going to workers' wages. In comparison, labour costs for each Austuin dress make up over 70% of the final selling price. This means my seamstress is paid a fantastic wage, and we are directly supporting other women's dreams & small businesses, which I am incredibly proud of.

5% of all profits will always go towards a countryside charity. This year we will support the Farming Community Network https://fcn.org.uk/
